When you can see a whole range of possible appliances, materials, fixtures and the work of local artisans, up close and truly personal.

The idea behind the new Builder’s Showroom and Design Studio is to streamline your home-buying experience and give those necessary wings to your imagination. We’ve invited carefully selected builders and vendors to display their designs, fixtures and materials in a single integrated showroom setting. This means that, instead of spending your time running from meeting to meeting, you can spend it actually seeing, touching and choosing the custom elements of your new home. You won’t have to visualize how the kitchen appliances will look with the flooring, or whether the door hardware is going to clash with the plumbing fixtures. You’ll know. Because it will all be right there at your fingertips.

The Ultima Carolina News Flash: Here’s a quick update on construction and amenities in the works for Spring 2007

Wildflower Bursts Into Bloom:

• Cabin Cove is coming: 4 new log cabins at Wildflower’s Cabin Cove are due to be completed by May 7, 2007. These are available for sale immediately. One of the cabins will be available for a shared-ownership opportunity upon completion. Two conventionally-built cottages are due to be completed by Fall 2007.
• Club House: Wildflower’s 4,600 square foot clubhouse will include a full catering kitchen, two tennis courts, looker rooms with saunas, a fitness/health center and a billiards room. We expect to complete construction by Fall 2007 and our Grand Opening is planned for Spring 2008.
